Jayne Cooper studied painting at Glasgow School of Art. Over the last ten years she has exhibited throughout the UK in both shared and solo shows, including the BP awards at the National Portrait Gallery, London.
Jayne has painted a series of pictures depicting markets and market towns. She has also painted and sketched a number of studies of fellow Ludensian resident, Robert Wyatt. Jayne exhibited her work at the Louth Spout Yard Gallery as part of the 2016 Zero Degrees festival.

The banner (below) for the “NHS Uprising” march through the Louth in September, 2017, was designed and produced by Jayne. The banner is currently being paraded at the head of other similar marches, having appeared at Lincoln, Grantham and Barnsley.
